Q1. What do I need to bring to rent a car?
Please bring the driver’s license for all individuals who will drive the car, and cash or credit card for payment.
For foreign drivers, please bring international driving permit and passport.
Q2. Is transportation provided?
Yes, but please note that depending on the reservation status, we might not be able to provide transportation services.
Q3. Even if I forgot to bring my driver’s license, is it possible to rent?
We sincerely apologize, but we cannot rent to individuals who do not present their driver’s license at the time of departure.
Failure to carry a driver’s license constitutes a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
Make sure you have your license with you.
Q4. Can anyone rent a car?
Of course, if you have your license, but we cannot lend to individuals who have held their license for less than one year.

Q5.How can I change or cancel my booking?
Please call us if you need any changes or cancellation.

Q6.What if I will be late for the reservation?
If you will be late, please be sure to contact us.
1 hour passes since the departure time without any contact, your reservation will be canceled, and we might be unable to provide the reserved vehicle.
Q7.Can I specify the car model and color when making a reservation?
Yes, you can choose from the website.
Q8.What is the maximum number of passengers?
The maximum capacity is 4 people.
Q9.Can I rent a car even if I make a reservation on the day of use?
Please call us for inquiries.
Q10.Can I book some cars all at one?
Yes, but please note that when you make reservations from website, each vehicle must be booked individually.
Q11.Is it possible to rent or return cars outside of business hours?
No, it’s not possible.
We are sorry but please ensure that your rental car departure and return should be within our business hour.
Q12.Is it possible to extend the usage time?
We may be able to accommodate you but it depends on the reservation status.

Q13.What type of payment is accepted?

Q14.Do I need to fill up when returning the car?
Please fill up the gas tank and return.
We’ll calculate and charge you 40ℓx gasoline price if you back without filling.
Please be advised that the refueling cost maybe higher than the market price.
Q15.Are pets allowed to ride on?
Yes, but they must be kept in their cages at all times.
Please place the cage in the rear luggage space.
If cleaning for the inside of a car becomes necessary, we may charge 22,000 yen as a cleaning fee.
Q16.Is it possible to rent and return cars outside of the store?
No, we do not accept rentals or returns outside of our store.
Q17.Can I switch to a different vehicle (color) during the rental period?
Yes, fees are charged per vehicle (color) based on the number of days used.
Insurance/Compensation
Q18.What should I do if I violate the parking regulations?
Please report to the police station and pay the fine.
When your illegal parking car has been pasted with the “illegal parking sticker, please report to the police station stated in the sticker, then pay the fine before returning.
Upon arrival, please present the “Traffic Violation Notice” and the “Payment Slip/Receipt” with the receipt date.
If you don’t present the “Traffic Violation Notice” and the “Payment Slip/Receipt”, you will be required to pay the parking violation fee of 25,000 yen as stipulated by our company.
If any unpaid amounts are discovered, we will bill the contract holder.
Q19.What should I do if I get into an accident?
Please move the car to the safe place, then check for any injured persons.
If there are any injured persons, please arrange for an ambulance and contact the police.
Then, please call us. If you don’t contact to the police, the insurance will not apply.
Q20.Can I get compensation if I get into an accident?

Q21.Does insurance and coverage apply even when there are some drivers?
Yes, but if a customer who has not presented their driver’s license in advance causes an accident, insurance coverage, compensation, or other compensation systems won’t be applicable.
Please present your driver’s license before the departure.
Q22.Will the cancellation fee be occurred if I cancel the reservation?
If you cancel your reservation 6 days or less before your departure date, a specified cancellation fee will apply.
Q23.Do I need to get insurance in addition to the basic vehicle fee?
Insurance/Compensation is included in the Rental Car’s Basic Rate.
You can enroll optional coverage system with extra charge:
“Exclusion of Liability Compensation system” and “Exemption from NOC payment system”.
Q24.Can I reserve options such as child seats and junior seats?
Yes, you can reserve. From internet, it can be reserved immediately.
Q25.Until what ages do children need their child safety seat?
Under the Road Traffic Act, drivers are prohibited from transporting children under the age of six who are not secured in a child safety seat.
Always use it when driving with young children in the car.
