How to change or cancel your booking
Please let us know if you would like to change or cancel your booking as soon as possible.
Also please be noted that if the rental agreement is not finalized within one hour of the scheduled departure time, your reservation may be canceled.
Cancellation fee
| up to 7 days before the travel date | Free |
| up to 6 to 3 days before the travel date | 20% of the estimated fee |
| up to 2 days prior to the day before your travel date | 50％ of the estimated fee |
| on the day of travel, or if that day has passed | No refund |
