Pick up and drop off service
We will pick you up and drop off at the airport.
Please be noted that we might not be available to accommodate your request as the booking situation.
Before the departure
・You must show driver’s license of all drivers.
If the driver does not present it, our insurance coverage will not apply.
For foreign drivers, please bring the international driving permit (original) and passport.
・Confirm rental terms→payment→explanation of car rental→inspect the vehicle→departs
*If the floor mats are removed during rental, be sure to secure them firmly before driving.
*Please ensure that child seats and infant seats are properly installed at your own responsibility.
*Adjust your seat and mirrors, fasten your seatbelt in both front and back seats, and drive safely.
When you return the car
Please return your car about 2 hours before the flight departure time.
It takes about 15 mins to Miyako airport and 30 mins to Shimojishima airport from our location.
Please fill up the gas tank and return.
We’ll calculate and charge you 40ℓx gasoline price if you back without filling.
Please be advised that the refueling cost maybe higher than the market price.
In the case of late return
If you return the car lately, please call to our store (tel: 0980-79-6651)
Any excess charges will be collected upon your return.
Please have cash or a credit card ready for payment.
Cleaning fee
If smoking in a non-smoking vehicle or excessive soiling is discovered, a cleaning fee of 22,000yen will be charged upon return.
